Watch John And Keith Urban Perform "Pink Houses" Live At The CMA Awards




On Wednesday, November 4th, John Mellencamp will team up with country superstar Keith Urban for a can't miss performance at the 49th Annual CMA Awards. The CMA Awards will air live on ABC at 8 PM ET. John and Keith teamed up in the spring for a performce of "Pink Houses" at Red Nose Day. Keith Urban's current single, "John Cougar, John Deere, John 3:16" pays tribute to John's influence on his music. Below is the press release:

Country Music’s Biggest Night™ is the venue for some of the biggest collaborations in history and this year is no exception. Keith Urban and John Mellencamp will perform together during “The 49th Annual CMA Awards” airing live Wednesday, Nov. 4 (8:00-11 PM/ET) from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville on the ABC Television Network.

Urban’s “Raise ‘Em Up” featuring Eric Church is nominated for Musical Event, a category Urban has won three times: “Start A Band” with CMA Awards host Brad Paisley (2009), “Highway Don’t Care” with Tim McGraw and Taylor Swift (2013), and “We Were Us” with fellow nominee Miranda Lambert (2014).

Winners of “The 49th Annual CMA Awards” will be determined in a final round of voting by eligible voting members of the Country Music Association. CMA Awards balloting is tabulated by the international accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche LLP. Voting for the CMA Awards final ballot ends Tuesday, Oct. 27 (6:00 PM/CT).

“The 49th Annual CMA Awards” is a production of the Country Music Association. Robert Deaton is the Executive Producer and Paul Miller is the Director. The CMA Awards will be shot in high definition and broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC’s selected HDTV format, with 5.1 channel surround sound.
