MELLENCAMP.COM PRE-SALE INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1 - Register to become a member of the Mellencamp.com Community through the COMMUNITY page on Mellencamp.com.
Step 2 - Consult the details of your show on the TOUR page to see the date and time of your pre-sale.
Step 3 - Return to Mellencamp.com the morning of your show's pre-sale and log into the website.
Step 4 - On the TOUR page, approximately 10 minutes before the pre-sale begins, we will post a pre-sale ticket password ONLY for logged in members. You MUST REFRESH the TOUR page in your browser to see the password, it will appear in the column next to whichever show you choose.
Step 5 - Click the link to go to the online ticket seller and enter the password where required to gain access to the pre-sale and then complete your purchase.
TIP: We suggest you click the pre-sale tickets link for your show and pre-register with the ticket seller before our pre-sale begins to avoid any check out issues during your purchase.
There is a 4 ticket limit per Community Member per show. Our pre-sale has a limited number of tickets and will likely sell out. Tickets are first come, first served and there are no guarantees that you will get a ticket through our pre-sale.

- Packages are sold and fulfilled by VIP Nation via their website http://vipnation.com/
- Exact seat locations are NOT provided until you pick your tickets up the night of the show from our Package Host
- Tickets purchased together are seated together.
- There is a 4 package/ticket limit per person, per show.
- Please note all packages are non-transferable; no will-call name changes will be permitted under any circumstances.
- All Premium Package tickets are will call pick up only the night of show at the venue box office.
- The person who purchases the tickets must be the same person who claims the tickets at will-call with a valid photo identification.
- Prior to the concert you will be emailed further instructions on how to pick up your tickets and redeem your package items.
- Package materials will be given to you night of the show when you pick up your tickets by your Package Host.
- Quantities are very limited so act quickly!
- Will-call tickets may only be picked up the evening of the event.
