IMPORTANT NOTE:
For EVERY MP3 album download code you redeem you will be entered in a drawing to have a pair of tickets upgraded to the FRONT ROW. This means if you bought multiple tickets, you received multiple download codes and have multiple chances if you redeem all of the albums! Be sure to use all of your codes, share them with the other people going to the show or use them as gifts. Those selected for an upgrade will be contacted several weeks before their show via the email address they ordered their tickets with.
INSTRUCTION OVERVIEW:
Approximately a week after your ticket purchase you will receive an email from your ticket seller including your unique download codes and instructions. Most of these will come from Ticketmaster with the email address of [email protected]. Others will come from the venue or the ticket seller you purchased your tickets from. The subject on the emails should be Download Instructions - John Mellencamp - No Better Than This.
Once you have received your email with your promo download codes do the following.
1. Go to the following URL: http://johnmellencamp-tickets.shop.musictoday.com/Cart.aspx?SKU=MUDD4624256
2. Enter your promo code under the Promotional Code area at the bottom. Then press “Submit”.
3. Choose “Proceed To Checkout” or “Check Out with PayPal” to continue.
4. Complete your checkout and download your album!

If you purchased your tickets at a non-Ticketmaster show your Code Email looks like this:
Once in the MusicToday/LiveNation store enter your code in the Promotional Code area and press "Submit"
Note your code has been accepted and "Proceed to Checkout"
To complete your download you must either login or register with the MusicToday store.
Because your ticket included your purchase of the download skip entering any credit card information, you MUST complete the name/address/email section.
After entering your information you will see a "Review Order" screen, check to confirm you are being charged $0.00 for your download since you already paid for it with your ticket purchase- click "Purchase" to complete your order.
On the order confirmation page click the "Download Now" graphic
Depending on your system and browser several prompts may appear to allow the MusicToday Downloader to load. Please say "Yes" "Run" or "Accept" or whatever is required to allow the Downloader to start.
Lastly, you will end up with the music downloader loaded in your browser. At the top of the downloader you can select where you downloaded MP3 files will be stored on your computer. Then click the "DOWNLOAD TRACKS" at the bottom of the window to start your download. The window will provide updates to the status of your download!
