“NCIS: The Official TV Soundtrack,” which CBS Records releases on Feb. 10, also features recent tracks from Bob Dylan, Sharon Little, Keaton Simons and Android Lust, which were likewise used in recent episodes of the action drama centering on the Naval Criminal Investigative Service.
