Quality of Tickets

To tacodally, If you would have accessed the presale on our first day (Wednesday) you would have definitely found better tickets than on Thursday. Additionally not all tickets are available in our presale, many great tickets are held for the public on sale (as they should be) so since we had so many ticket purchased in the presale that led to the situation you described.

can hardly wait

the first time i saw john he opened up for the kinks at memorial hall 30 years ago and he was an instant hit with me. this will be about the 8th time that i have seen him and i am just as pumped up this time as i was all the other times. thanks for finally coming back to kansas city

Tickets

Pretty disappointed in the pre-sale as well. The first tier tickets were already sold out by the time we got in on Thursday so we ended up with seats in the 400 level. Checked on ticket availability Saturday evening only to find we could have gotten better seats had we waited to buy them then (many hours after they went on sale on Saturday). I’ll enjoy the show regardless, but it certainly didn’t benefit us to go through this site.

Public Tickets

Buyers always need to make sure to remember that presales do not include all of the tickets available for a show. Only a certain percentage are made available. John's fan base has enjoyed the benefits of fan club pre sale ticketing for over 15 years and is very wise in the value of taking advantage of these presales. John's fans have always been one of the larger presales for most venues.

1/2 of the way back on the floor & 2 days before tkts open for public sale. Tketmaster & affilitates is a racket! They buy up close seats & re-sell on assoc website.

I always have to get tickets when Mellencamp comes to town. He puts on a great concert. Love the guy.
