John Mellencamp Inducts Donovan Into The Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame

04/16/2012 - John Mellencamp took to the stage of the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame last night to induct one of his musical heroes, Donovan.

Mellencamp shared amusing anecdotes relating to how he felt he took Donovan’s influence upon his music a little too liberally, while also regaling the audience of having toured with the musician for 40 shows together in 2005. John To Induct Donovan Into The Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame

03/20/2012 - The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame has announced the names of those who will be serving as presenters for the new inductees who will honored at a ceremony in Cleveland on April 14. John will be doing the honors for Donovan, an artist for whom he's had great affinity dating back to his early teen age years. His admiration is such that he invited Donovan to be part of his 2005 tour and duetted with him on "Sunshine Superman" at every concert date.
