John Mellencamp and Stephen King made a musical together. It's called Ghost Brothers of Darkland County, and it may be the only musical made by men for men. (We're fans.) Now it's getting its own album treatment with a roster of a pretty remarkable pedigree. Performers include Elvis Costello, Sheryl Crow, Rosanne Cash, Neko Case, Kris Kristofferson, Dave & Phil Alvin, Taj Mahal, Ryan Bingham, Will Dailey, Matthew McConaughey, Samantha Mathis, and Meg Ryan.
